The Regional Transit Alliance will hold its 2008 Annual Meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority, 1200 E. 18th Street, Kansas City, Mo.

 

There are many exciting propects in the works! Learn about the latest developments with the Smart Moves regional transit vision, The JO, UG Transit, The Metro and light rail in Kansas City. See demonstrations of exciting technology used by the transit agencies. We will also present Friends of Transit awards to Sen. Christopher "Kit" Bond, and Reps. Emanuel Cleaver, Sam Graves and Dennis Moore for their support of public transit.

 

The site of this year’s Annual Meeting is served by Metro bus routes 25 and 108. You can use the trip planner at www.kcata.org, or call the KCATA's Regional Call Center at 816-221-0660 to get assistance in planning your trip.
