EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Kitty McCoy | CHAIR
Kitty is the president and CEO of Enterprise Control Systems, Inc., providing strategy development for mid-size organizations and a TAPS (tax, accounting, payroll, and computer security) program for small businesses. She is a multifaceted senior management professional with a distinguished career supporting network infrastructure systems implementation, technical operations, finance, security, governance, and business/technology alignment. Kitty has served in several leadership capacities across Kansas City and returned to KC after 13 years in New England.
Daniel Serda is director of the Kansas City Design Center and holds a teaching appointment in the KU School of Architecture and Urban Planning in Lawrence. His research and teaching interests include urban design policy and practice; community planning and neighborhood design; and planning history and theory. He serves as a Kansas Advisor to the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
John Dobies | SECRETARY
John is an engineer with HNTB and lives in Jackson County, Mo.
Ronda Law is a finance accountant with Russell Stover Candies. She holds a bachelor's degree in management with emphasis in business administration from Webster University. A women's advocate, she has helped to organize political debates, and has an interest in green solutions.
Ted Rieck | AT-LARGE MEMBER
Ted is vice president with TranSystems, and is a leader in the firm's transit national consulting practice. He lives in Johnson County, Kan.
Neil Shortlidge | AT-LARGE MEMBER
Neil is an attorney with Stinson Morrison Hecker and member of the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Johnson County, Kan.

Robert Bromberg
Robert is a consultant for Olsson Associates and lives in Clay County, Mo.
Evelyn Childers
Evelyn is a retired educator with two children and one grandchild. She volunteers for the Kansas City Symphony, Union Station, and is active in political campaigns both local and national. She dabbles in gardening, antiquing and planning city spaces. Evelyn lives in Clay County, Mo.
David Doyle
David is an environmental engineer with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where he specializes in the reuse/redevelopment of formerly contaminated properties. He is also a charter member of the Kansas City Transportation Action Team, which is a local grassroots public advocacy group. He lives in Jackson County, Mo.
Tedrick Housh
Tedrick is an attorney at Lathrop & Gage, and is a past chair of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce. He was one of the founding members of the Kansas City Transportation Action Team, a grassroots public transit advocacy group that is the product of the Kansas City Forums project in 2003. He lives in Johnson County, Kan.
Daniel F. Musser
Dan is senior vice president and principal of Zimmer Real Estate Services, L.C. He serves as director of Zimmer’s Development Management Group that provides development services to corporate, governmental, institutional and not-for-profit clients, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Dan has a bachelor of architecture from Kansas State University, and a Master’s in real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a board member of MainCor and chair of the Architecture Advisory Committee at Kansas State University.
E. Crichton "Kite" Singleton
Kite, an architect, has traveled extensively to research transit issues, written essays, published articles and given public presentations on what he has seen other cities do in using transit to maintain and renew their urban centers. He lives in Jackson County, Mo.
Christine is senior vice president of Fleishman-Hillard, Inc., where she provides senior strategic counsel to key accounts, develops and implement integrated marketing plans, and serves as co-chair of the Key Opinion Leader & Scientific Affairs practice group. She is admitted to both the Kansas and Missouri Bars. She also serves as a board member for Research Medical Center, and is a member of Kansas City Tomorrow Alumni and the Lyric Opera Circle.
Jerome is an urban designer and transportation planner from Portland, Ore., with over 18 years experience designing light rail and streetcar systems for that city with ZGF Architects. He has worked from Brisbane to Baltimore on commuter rail, light rail and transit-oriented development. He currently practices with 360 Architecture after returning to his hometown in 2008.
Franklin served for 34 years as a math teacher, vice principal and principal in the Kansas City, Mo., School District. In retirement, Franklin has been a volunteer with AARP Missouri for the last three years, and has participated in state legislative sessions and lobbied legislators for AARP Missouri. Currently, Franklin is a member of the AARP Missouri Executive Council and takes the lead on mobility issues (transportation, walking, etc.) under the Livable Communities AARP Social Impact Agenda objective.
